How to deal with problem and pain in life

Life is a series of challenges and pain. Life is meant to be an experienced which makes ups and downs.  Every person has to face problems in their life at some points. But method of solving the issues of everyone is different. It is truth that life is difficult, and full of challenges. But if we accept the problem and understand this truth then, we solve problem easily.

Main causes of unsolved problem

Unfortunately, our society in which we live most people don't see the reality of problem and then, try to avoid their problem. We question God why he was chosen them for issues and to face such adversity. They experienced sadness, deprivation, and hopelessness.

Every individual thinks that every problem is only for me in this worlds. They are thinking as if life is always easy for others. If we see successful people happy, we envy them. But we don't think they have also been a through a lot of hard time .

Now, they are successful because of their courage in pain and patience for problem facing. Problem are bridges that distinguish between success and failures.
Here are some steps to deals with problem.

1- Acceptance of problems

Acceptance does not mean resignation. It doesn't mean things will stay the same either. We take inspired and purposeful action, mindful of growth and lesson. You accept the issues and don't take stress.

Changes are never linear, sometimes we take two steps forward and backward. It requires moving forward when you accept the problem and cannot see past of your problem.

Valuable life lesson often stems from challenging times. When you have accepted problem then you solve the problem easily and you don't take stress. Acceptance means acknowledge the issues and doing all we can to overcome it.

2- Observation of problem

Secondly, you should study the problem deeply. It is the most important step to examining of issues. It is common in our society that we don't find the solution and root of issues. We are thinking that difficulties are only come on me or thinking about the lacks of something.

Some people says that it is our bad luck. In this way, they waste their time. Understand your difficulties and go to their root of issues and then solve problem.
After observation, you noticed these problems are  task for me. During observation you noticed which are causes of issues.

There are many causes of problem. But you don't waste your time to fight with problem. Times are precious. So, believe on yourself and prepared himself for solving problem and pains.

3- Don't procrastinate

Putting the problem off until later can create more anxiety. It is our common habit that we delay of issues. Procrastination also increases our problem if we are under a time constraint.

Due to procrastination, the small maybe create a big problem. For example, you have to read a book in a week, don't wait until the night before to start it.

Take interest to solving your issues and don't procrastinate. It is truth that in starting work is most difficult. But slowly you expert and get experience to solve problem.

4-Don't lose hope

Life isn't always happy. There's tremendous pressure on us to always happy. Don't lose hope when the problem come on yourself. Hard times don't last long but awaken dormant powers we never knew we had.

We mustn't give up hope of a better future. Firstly, you pretend it's not a big problem. So, don't take stress. Be positive in your problem.You don't think that I lose heart to solving problem.

In this situation, you're not alone. Many people think this way at same point in their lives. So, make positive mindset that I handle my problem with courage. In this way, you solve problem easily.

5-Choose the best solution

Consider solution is most practical, sustainable and most likely to succeed. Once you have choose a solution, direct your energy into your choice .To find a solution, it can help to identify the main cause of problem instead of symptoms of issues.

First break down the complexity of problem into small units and solve one by one. Take help in need from close friends or advice from your trusted mentors. Take responsibility to solve problem. And don't take stress. 

When you observe deeply, then think which method is best for solving. If your problem is personal, then it is best to solve your problem by according to your relatives. If your problem is due to financial issues, then you take a step that makes money.

1- Be confidence
2- Consider it a challenge
3- Take responsibility
4- Engage in problems solving
5- Maintain emotional composure

Benefits of problem in life

I don't know which problem you have experienced. But I share some personal problem benefits with to all you. I suffered many issues from childhood age and then teenage. I question to God why He choose me. But I feel some different in my personality like good attitude and habits.
