Teaching is the best profession and respectable in our society according to all aspects. I think teaching is a most important profession which makes good lives for many people.
Impact of teaching
Teaching is a source of encouragement and inspiration. It may be a primary teacher whose single advice made a positive mindset in childhood age, or maybe a college professor who encouraged students to focus on their career. It doesn't matter which grade you're or what qualifications you're or what subject you are studying.
Traits of a good teacher
For being a good teacher, you have possessed some common traits:

1- love and respect for students,
A good teacher loves and gives respect to their students. They respect their students according to their age and skills. I think the teachers should to give equal importance to all their students. Because if a teacher gives importance to intelligent students, other student feel jealous.
A good teacher creates a welcome environment for their students with warmth. A good teacher understands the problems of every student and tries to solve it. Great teachers should give the same importance and love to every student. In this way, they become the ideal of their students.
2- Be prepared
The good teachers doesn't only assign homework, but they prepared and complete their own. An effective teacher plan for class with lesson plans. A good teacher prepared himself according to lessons.
When a teacher be prepared their lecture, they represent this lecture with new ideas and understood very well to students. Teacher also spent their time in instruction and lesson guidness. When a teacher prepared their lesson, they delivered the lecture in less time and taking feedback from students.
In this way, they spent additional time on specific students who needs more attention and how I take a new approach to better the condition of specific students.
3- Patience and Empathy
Patience is important for a good teacher. Because in the class, every student are different in memory. Some students are picked the lecture soon, but some students are those who doesn't take attention towards lecture. In these types of students take more energize and attention.
Having patience will make it easier for teacher to work on every student. I know it is more difficult, but after some time you noticed good results from your students.
Empathy is an ability to understand that what other person is felt or observed. It simply means to take care of other in difficult situations.
For a good teacher, you should make effort to understand problems of students and noticed why they fall behind their performance.
4- Engagement skills
When someone ask students absorb a favorite teacher, chances are they are telling about extra effort of teacher. Because students took interest in extra activities. A good teacher makes interest in lesson, so that children become engaged and keep interest towards lecture.
A good teacher also understands the separate style of learning for students. A good teacher engaged well the students in classroom, assembly, and break time.

It's a truth that students enjoy these teachers who do less work in class and makes fun with students. But it is wrong method to treat with students. A good teacher should high expectations from their students. An effective teacher doesn't give up on students grades. They also focused on mistake of students and tries to correct these mistakes.
They also focused on himself method of teaching and keep changing in learning method. Furthermore, they should motivate and inspires to all students. For high grades, the teacher should challenge their students. Because students tend to enjoy challenge and competition. In this way, teacher achieve their goals.
6-Lifelong learning
A good teacher work on academic subject, but also focused on other activities. An effective teacher is a goal to make their students a better person. Education is not mean to achieve a degree which is only piece of paper.
Teachers are responsibilities to makes good human being. They should share student's good reviews with their parents, and school. In this way, students know they are valuable and unique. They also work on open-mindedness and working together for future plan.

A good teacher is also an excellent communicator, having good communication skills. They have abilities to communicate well with audience, parents, and principal. A good teacher has a strong relationship with students.
Because they reach out to student parents and stay updated about students performance. An effective teacher work with admin and elevate their teaching skills. Good teachers work as educator first, but also as trusted friend, motivator, speaker, and entertainer. With these characteristics, they motivate and encourage their students as they become good human beings and get their highest goals.
