It is truth that life is full of challenges and unexpected twist. Sometimes, things don't go as planned. It may be personal issues, break up, health problem and career loss etc. We all the challenges with our . But, this difficult times building resilience can be control well the situation.
Resilience is an ability to control and handle the difficult time. It's not mean that resilience totally change your difficult time. But, building resilience develop the new skills and step for solving issues and helps to move forward. In this modern era, building resilience plays a vital role in our lives.
Here are some strategies that help to build resilience.
1- knowledge about your emotions
The first step to your building resilience is checks and deeply observes your emotions. Every person has various emotions towards issues. It's truth that we feel frustrations and unlucky when the things do not go according to our planned. We thought different, the future planned. In a difficult situation, allow yourself to examine these feelings.
Suppress these feelings which made you loser and develop a negative mindset. When we acknowledge our emotions deeply, we understand the feeling well. We best know how to use our feeling against issues, challenges and pay attention to your sensation.
2-Work with acceptance
Life is a journey of ups and downs. It is our habit that when the difficult time comes in our life, we lose hope and become a loser. We think that our life is swirled in difficulties forever. But, it is our big mistake.
We should accept our issues without any judgement and starts to work on it. In these situations, we should accept the situation and develop the new skills for solving issues and build resilience. We should break the problem in manageable step to solving well.

Take care of your physical and mental. Because the good health is a main part of life. So, take care of your health. Take enough sleep at least 7-8 hours, eat healthy food, exercise and take part in activities.
Make a schedule of mediation for inner peace and relaxation. Because it gives you peaceful mindset which helps in building resilience. Develop a positive mindset for good health and building resilience in difficult situations. Because, when you stuck with stress and depression, you never resolved your problems.
5- Cultivate positive mindset
It is truth that life is a path of challenges but, every challenge gives us an opportunity for development. Every person doesn't get this development because they don't understand challenges deeply and the negative mindset.
A positive mindset is essential for building resilience and shifting our thoughts. Instead, of focusing on negative aspects of challenges, try to reframe your mindset towards positivity. All difficult situations gave us a lesson which motivates us to move forward.
6- Meet with supportive people
In difficult situations, the supportive surrounding play a vital role in resolving situation. It is important for building resilience. Supportive people encourage you and increase your trust and confidence in these situations.
In tough time, you should talk your issues with parents, friends, brothers, or sisters who understand your issues and encourage and support you. Building resilience is not a thing which we handle alone.

Use some skills which help to tackle the situation. When we learn skills and uses of skills, then we handle the issues easily forever. Skills also helps in solving problems. Break down the problems into manageable steps and solved one by one.
Take interest in your skills and taking action. Analysis and observe your actions what went wrong. Don't procrastinate during actions. It makes you lazy and dull. Effective skills are helps in building resilience and moving forward.
8-Learn from experience
Finally, after using problem-solving skills learn from experience and noticed which thing most tough in your path. Reflect all difficulties and focused on your future. Don't waste your time and move forward.
Because, every pain gives us a lesson. Every setback is giving us wisdom and build resilience and produce confidence for future difficulties.
