Motivation is a power that activates you towards success. Motivation is the instinct and desire to achieve goals. It plays vital role in our success. Without motivation, a man looks like dull and drab in his life. Lack of motivation cause depression, anxiety, and stress in life. So, if you want to achieve something, you must be motivated.
Motivation may be intrinsic or extrinsic and maybe positive or negative. It depends on you which type of motivation you adopt. We can't change our lives, but we learn to cope with challenges.
• Instrinsic motivation
It comes from with our passion and internal interest. It is finding in our internal desires, which inspire us to perform task. This type of motivation is staying for long time. Intrinsically, motivation makes a man think that the completing task with morally is priority, and it is a right thing. This type of motivation is lead to wonderful success.
• Extrinsic motivation
It comes from outside of you. Some external factors which help us to motivation and stay on right track. Extrinsic motivation may include rewards, bonus, and money or for example good grade of student. It comes from an external sources and mainly related to ambition. This type of motivation is for short term.
• Positive motivation
It is when you do something due to interest. In positive motivation, person seek the consequences of task or project. When a person starts their task or project, he check very well. After checking, he runs out their projects. This type of motivation is staying for long time and successful in life.
• Negative motivation
Negative motivation involves avoiding results. In this type of motivation, a person never seeks the consequences of task. Without checking, he start up their project and at the end he face failure. Because he doesn't seek or check the results of projects.

Inspiration is a passion to do some unique task. When you inspire, you don't need to alarm clock to wake up early because this passion help you to wake up before the alarm. When you are motivated, you don't need anyone who told you what is wrong and what is right for even better. You should select your target and then work on it with passion and motivation. So that, you achieve your destiny very soon. You should inspire yourself that you're done bigger than desires.

2- Take motivation from others
If you become a successful man, then talk to you mentor, read successful stories, read motivational books, listen the journey of successful man for inspiration. Be open-minded and don't think wrong about that man. Try to revise these upper schedule after one month. Because when you listen again these stories, you will be much inspires and work with heartily and get your target.
3- Imagine your success
Imagine your success point is motivated for you. Close your eyes and imagine yourself completed destiny. When you imagine yourself as a successful person who achieve goals and their reward, then this imagine can help you to be motivated. Doing continuously work, a person is tires due to lack of rest. Refreshment and taking rest is essential for good health and mental peace. Taking break is a good habit to practice.
